This is available to all types of leadership teams, and combines team and individual coaching and development into a unique package of virtual and face-to-face delivered support:

  • 1 x 2hr Kick Off​

  • Team Leader set up and progress check-ins​

  • Individual coaching for the team leader​

  • Blend of virtual and face to face delivery​

  • Optimum leadership team size is 7-12​
