Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

Q1.  I don’t work within the Physical Activity sector or have access to Sport England funding – would I still be able to access this coaching service?

A1.  Yes, you can access our coaching service, however, you would need to fund yourself or through your organisation. Please contact us directly for more information.

Q2.  Are all the coaching sessions virtual or are some of them face to face?

A2.  All Individual coaching sessions are virtual as this gives the coachees the flexibility on when they want their sessions. For our team coaching, the sessions are split between virtual and face to face.

Q3.  I am interested in individual coaching - how do I sign up/register?

A3.  Please click on this link - Form | TAP (activationproject.org) to register for your coaching and we will get in touch with you.

Q4.  I am interested in team coaching how do I signup/register?

A4.  Please contact us directly and we can talk through your needs/requirements and then provide you with a quote and timescales for your team coaching.

Q5.  How am I allocated a coach?

A5.  To initiate the coaching process, we send you you an invitation to a welcome call, where we take you through our coaching service, address the challenges you are facing and then carefully match you to an appropriate coach.

Q6.  How long is an average coaching programme?

A6.  Each programme is tailored to the individual's needs. However, on average, our coaching programme lasts approximately 4-5 months.

Q7.  Once I have registered, what happens next?

A7.  You will receive an email from us either inviting to you to a welcome call or, if necessary, advising you of the length of the waiting list and when you will hear back from us.

Q8.  Are the coaching sessions confidential?

A8.  Yes they are a safe place for you to discuss and share with your coach what is going on for you. The agenda for the coaching sessions are driven by you.

Q9.  How can I join your team?

A9.  Please email us your details and we will get in touch with you.

Q10.  Do you offer anything else apart from coaching?

A10.  Yes we do, please contact us to talk it through.

Q11.  I would like a programme for our organisation – how do I make that happen?

A11.  Please contact us, as we would love to help you.

Q12.  What happens if I need to cancel a coaching session?

A12.  Please give us 48 hours advance notice and we can reschedule the session for you as we understand that things happen.
