Describe yourself in 3 words.
Creative, optimistic, and practical.
What are your unique strengths and accomplishments?
I believe I have a good sense of fun, but I also like to approach things with a purpose. I aim to keep our activities enjoyable while maintaining a strong focus on the outcomes we aim to achieve. For me, it’s essential to approach goals with a practical mindset, ensuring that what we aim to accomplish together is both realistic and sustainable.
Additionally, I want to emphasise the importance of being present in the moment. Helping people to recognise where they are now, rather than being overly focused on the past or the future. By understanding their current situation, they can take those practical steps toward growth and improvement without being tied to the past or limited by expectations of the future.

What is the most inspiring thing about coaching for you?
What inspires me most about coaching is enabling people to truly be themselves by creating a safe, non-judgmental space. In a world where such opportunities are rare, coaching offers individuals and leaders the chance to express their thoughts and feelings openly, embrace vulnerability, and use it as a powerful stepping stone for growth.
It’s incredibly rewarding to help someone discover that their uniqueness, the thing that makes them different from everyone else is their true superpower. Coaching enables those differences to flourish, empowering people to move forward with confidence and authenticity.

What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone who's seeking coaching?
Approach coaching with an open mind and be willing to flow with the process. The experience might unfold in ways you don’t expect, unlocking insights and connections that could transform both your personal and professional life in meaningful ways. By being open to the process, you’ll discover new perspectives, challenge long-held ways of doing things, and uncover opportunities to grow in ways you hadn’t anticipated.

Coaching is about creating a space for exploration, self-discovery, and positive change, so embrace the journey and be ready to challenge the status quo. The results can be both surprising and empowering.

What are you happiest doing when you are not working?
I’m happiest when I’m spending time with my family, staying active, and engaging in creative activities. I enjoy running, cycling, playing squash and football. I also love travelling around the world, visiting new places, experiencing new cultures and meeting people. Music is another big part of my life - I love playing various instruments and writing the odd song.

I also find joy in trying to understand the mysteries of the universe. Whether it’s reading books about how it all works or simply reflecting on the sheer improbability of being here, I’m often struck by a deep sense of wonder. The odds of existing as a human being in this vast universe are unfathomably small, and I never stop marvelling at how lucky we are to be here, right here, right now.
