What are your unique strengths and accomplishments?
I bring a unique combination of business acumen, coaching expertise and an understanding of neurodiversity. My professional journey spans global corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and coaching, which equips me with a broad perspective on driving success on the personal and professional front. I take pride in working with people who are neurodiverse, high-performing teams and leaders looking to move past their roadblocks, by understanding their own skills and those around them. My coaching style is naturally authentic and challenging, with a strong focus on enabling individuals to reflect and harness their inner strengths.

What is the most inspiring thing about coaching for you?
For me, the most inspiring part of coaching is seeing people realise that they are capable and together we unlock their potential and achieve results they once thought were out of reach or not even aware they had the ability within.
Whether it's empowering leaders during career transitions or seeing teams collaborate at a higher level, being part of those moments of growth and success is deeply fulfilling.

What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone who's seeking coaching?
Be open to the process and ready to embrace self-reflection and give things a go. Coaching is not about being given answers but about exploring possibilities and gaining clarity about your unique strengths, goals and values, that work in real-life situations. It's in those moments of introspection and trial that the biggest breakthroughs often occur.

What are you happiest doing when you are not working?
When I’m not working, I love spending time on DIY projects - if a tradesman can do it - so can I (this doesn’t always work however, and a professional is normally required!). I also find time for the gym and indoor rowing—And whenever I get the chance, I love travelling and immersing myself in new cultures and experiences.
