Describe yourself in 3 words.
Strategic, impactful and a connector.

What are your unique strengths and accomplishments?
I help leaders tackle real-world challenges with practical, results-driven solutions. My extensive experience across various sectors allows me to draw valuable insights and connect the dots. With over 10 years of coaching and 25 years in senior leadership roles, I am well-equipped to assist leaders in their journey.

Many issues ultimately boil down to people, and I believe that sharing insights from different fields can be very helpful. My coaching is grounded in real experience, not just theory. I have worked with leaders on large-scale innovation, sustainable change, and I have a strong record of supporting women in leadership and guiding executives through major transitions, including mergers and acquisitions.

What is the most inspiring thing about coaching for you?
What excites me most is people's potential, especially when they have that light bulb moment and solve problems themselves with my support. Coaching isn't just about providing answers; it's about helping people ask the right questions and develop confidence in their own decisions. I really enjoy witnessing the real impact of growth in individuals. Even years later, it's quite humbling when they reflect on our conversations and share how those moments have stayed with them. Sometimes, the insights may seem minor, but they can be profoundly meaningful. That’s what I find inspiring.

What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone who's seeking coaching?
I believe it's important to be open to being challenged. It's crucial to recognise that pushing for new ideas can lead to innovative solutions. We should encourage people to think differently, question assumptions, and explore alternative ways to tackle challenges. However, this often requires embracing discomfort and accepting change.

The goals of coaching can vary depending on what individuals seek, but there is always an opportunity for reflection. Engaging in this process—whether online or in person—provides a valuable break from daily routines and allows time for deep self-questioning and personal growth. This reflective time is something I truly value.

What are you happiest doing when you are not working?
I enjoy engaging in activities, so I appreciate a good workout or a long walk, but I also believe in treating myself to good food afterwards. I like to stay fit, but food is also a big passion for my family and me so maintaining the balance between the two is important.
