Describe yourself in 3 words.
Empathetic, honest, and curious.

What are your unique strengths and accomplishments?
I’ve co-written a book on leading change in organisations with a focus on relationships. It explores the complexity and messiness of organisational change, offering practical ways to engage with it rather than oversimplifying the process. The book emphasises on understanding relationships and interactions as the core of leading meaningful change.

This relational mindset defines my coaching approach. I guide individuals to reflect on their relationships - with themselves, with others, and within their organisations. By encouraging leaders to adopt a rational perspective, we collaboratively explore how their daily actions and conversations influence culture, dynamics, and their leadership.
It’s about navigating real-world complexities in a thoughtful, grounded way.

What is the most inspiring thing about coaching for you?
For me, the most inspiring part of coaching is building a relationship that empowers someone to discover their own agency. I believe everyone has the potential to do amazing things, and coaching helps them connect to that inner strength - what I call their "inner bravery”, to step into their purpose and flourish at work.

It’s incredibly rewarding to see someone become more self-aware, recognising how they respond under pressure
and choosing intentional actions rather than reacting unconsciously. Real transformation often starts with self-acceptance. It’s about helping people embrace who they are, rather than trying to redesign themselves, which ultimately leads to a stronger, more authentic version of themselves.

What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone who's seeking coaching?
Be open, reflective, and willing to explore, even if it means being vulnerable. Trust that your coach isn’t there to judge or assess your competency but to support you from a non-judgmental perspective. The more open and honest you are in the relationship, the more you’ll gain from the coaching experience.

What are you happiest doing when you are not working?
I’m happiest gardening, cycling, or cooking for friends - though not all at once!
