Describe yourself in 3 words.
Human-centred approach, Self-driven individual, Curious.
What are your unique strengths and accomplishments?
My greatest strength is the effective relationships I build with people. I believe in creating an environment where individuals have the time and space to think and share their thoughts and experiences. I bring my whole self to coaching and I’m prepared to give a lot of myself by sharing my life and work experiences 30 years of experience with them, which enables me to establish strong connections with the individuals quickly.
What is the most inspiring thing about coaching for you?
It’s a true privilege to witness people grow, develop, and find their own paths while increasing their confidence. The insights that coaching provides empower them to take action, whether that action is small or large. This process enables them to transform their lives, work environments, and themselves. It is truly amazing and an honour to be on this journey with individuals as they tackle challenges, make changes, and boost their confidence.
What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone who's seeking coaching?
‘Invest in yourself’ because you are important. Especially if you are in a leadership role, you have two responsibilities: your own role and the role of supporting everyone else. I believe you cannot effectively support others without having support for yourself. This support could come in the form of personal development or simply having someone to talk to and bounce ideas off. So, I encourage you to invest in yourself. You are worth it as an individual.
What are you happiest doing when you are not working?
I gain positive energy from spending quality time with friends and family, which I truly cherish. I also enjoy cooking and engaging in creative activities like making jewellery or trying my hand at pottery.
