Describe yourself in 3 words.
Curious, innovative, and optimistic.
What are your unique strengths and accomplishments?
I really like to focus on supporting people to uncover their own superpowers, whether they're big or small, many or few, and to find a new energy within themselves. For me it's about understanding and helping people see things from different perspectives and the context of which they’re operating from, so I can help them to tap into their own potential that that feels right for them.
What is the most inspiring thing about coaching for you?
It's a real privilege to have a coaching relationship with someone and the opportunity to be alongside them when they make a shift or grow in a positive way. When someone realises they've got more energy or ability than they perhaps thought they had and then seeing people transform that’s really humbling and rewarding for me.
What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone who's seeking coaching?
I have a favourite quote from Oscar Wilde - "Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken."
Coaching is helping individuals be a better version of who they already are. We can all learn and aspire to have certain qualities from those we admire, but it's about discovering people's own strengths and tapping into those – that’s where the magic happens! Coaching enables people to be really authentic and be themselves and that's when people are probably happiest and most comfortable.
What are you happiest doing when you are not working?
I have a lot of interests, but music is a big part of my life. Music helps me remember things and adds meaning to my life; I enjoy discovering new tunes as much as I cherish the classics. I go to many gigs and love the outdoors, so festivals are a perfect mix of both. I love spending time with friends and being around animals like horses, cats, and dogs. They really nourish my soul and give me the energy to do what I love.
