Leadership Coach

Describe yourself in 3 words.

Empathetic, inclusive, values-driven.

What are your unique strengths and accomplishments?

I’ve always been curious about how people think, learn, and lead. I enjoy taking ideas from books, talks, and conversations and turning them into something practical. I’m particularly interested in how theory becomes practice and how insights can be applied in real-life situations — both professionally and personally. One approach I often use is E + R = O (Event + Response = Outcome), a simple yet powerful reminder that while we can’t always control what happens, we can choose how we respond.

As a lifelong learner, I’m driven by growth, progress, and people. I believe how we show up — our mindset and energy  makes a difference, often before we even speak. (A quote from somewhere, that’s stuck with me!). Coaching gives me the opportunity to support others in tuning into their mindset and energy, helping them find clarity and build momentum.

What is the most inspiring thing about coaching for you?

It’s the small, quiet moments of realisation — when someone shifts their perspective on a challenge or recognises their own potential. Often, this change is subtle: a pause, a shift in language, or a clearer sense of direction.

Creating a safe space is key — where people feel comfortable reflecting honestly, exploring what’s going on, and discussing what they truly want. Whether it's leadership, change, or personal growth, coaching is at its best when people feel both supported and stretched.

What's the one piece of advice you would give to someone who's seeking coaching?

Come with an open mind. Coaching isn’t about having all the answers given to you — it’s about creating the space to discover your own answers. Coaching can be both powerful and freeing, but it also asks for honesty, curiosity, and reflection. The real work starts with you. As a coach, my role is to listen, ask the right questions, offer guidance and challenge. Ultimately, your growth and success are shaped by your goals and your willingness to take ownership of the process. Coaching is there to support you in building clarity, confidence, and meaningful progress — at a pace that works for you.

What are you happiest doing when you are not working?

Coffee, connection, and conversation — those are high on my list!

I try to keep life simple and focused on what matters most — time with the people I care about, walking the dog, and carving out moments of calm. Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand, enjoying good conversation or getting fresh air in the garden. Nature has a way of offering perspective — even when everything feels still, there’s always something quietly growing.
