Alison Curtis

I have been working in this area for 16 years now. Many of us struggle with our relationships at some point in life. Working together helps increase self-awareness, brings in greater appreciation for yourself while being able to identify your strengths. The benefits might be a better relationship with yourself, and therefore greater self-confidence, or a wider strategy to influence and have impact with stakeholders, including managing their performance. Either way, it is about leaving you with a feeling of being more in control to achieve your goals and ambition.

I am currently an executive board member for a professional sports organisation and have more than 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Internal Communications and Facilities across a broad range of sectors and sizes of organisations.
I work with business leaders to help them be Great Managers and bring out the best in those they work with, thus enabling their teams and organisations to smash their strategic goals. I am a specialist in enabling change, both in organisations and with individuals.

With a background in Commercial Management and Human Resources and over 30+ years of experience, I have focused my attention on further developing the skills, mindset, and behaviours of Managers & Leaders through coaching. I am also passionate about raising awareness to mental wellbeing and resilience.
My aim is to encourage and inspire lasting change in the individuals I encounter, so that they go on to lead their best life.

With over 30+ years of experience and demonstrated history of working in the health care industry, I am now a Director of the GP Federation of South Warwickshire. I also have been running my own consultancy alongside for the past 5 years. I specialise in operational issues & challenges, organisational development, change & programme management and am passionate about mentoring and coaching people and cross-functional teams.
I like to get to know my coachees well by understanding their challenges and issues and helping them find solutions that would support them in their growth.

It can be lonely at the top and I work to be as much of a support that is needed to each individual leader.
I bring over 30 years’ experience of working with senior individuals and teams delivering significant transformational change and improvement in a wide variety of industry sectors, public and private. The organisations I have worked with range from multinational global brands to small local start-ups.
Over that time I have learnt that every individual, organisation and challenge is unique and to succeed it is often this uniqueness and insight that needs to be understood and acted upon. I bring this approach to my coaching and therefore building a close coaching relationship is key and I have also learnt that coaching needs to be done with a smile on your face and energy in your actions.

With over 25 years of experience in the application of creativity and innovation to the development of new products, services & service experiences, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of companies and organisations, across a variety of industries and sectors.
With a background in product design, I love to delve into the human dynamics of service and change, programme and innovation/service leadership and its development. As a director at The Activation Project, I aim to help senior management teams become effective and engaged leaders and also oversee the development of client relationships.
I am also a Fellow of the RSA and recently co-wrote our book 'Dangerous Guide to Leading Innovation'.

With over 25 years of experience of working in retail, hospitality, utilities, housing, health and more, I have learnt that building a consistently high-performing service experience delivery chain is a complex and challenging task involving every part of the organisation.
This experience enables me to coach leaders at all levels working on a wide variety of challenges, developing them in the right skills and behaviours, tools and methods to be super successful in everything they do.
I bring all of this and more to my coaching – keeping a focus on actions that will create a positive experience for colleagues and customers, creativity to develop solutions that people love and just as important fun and humour, people are at their best with a smile on their face.
